To spoil and serve me on a regular basis fill out the application on this page and email it to me. I will be expecting a tribute of at least $50 to be made before i recieve your application. If the tribute is not made i will simply delete your worthless application and i wont read past the first question. The tribute must be made in the form of an online gift card/certificate. Buying videos, webcam time, or wishlist items does not count towards your application tribute. Make sure to answer every question and to do so with great detail where applicable. Once i recieve your application i will review it and let you know if i'd like to take you on as an official sub. I will also send you my yahoo ID. it is the only way you will be able to IM chat with me (it is also the only way i cam) so i'm expecting that you will have Yahoo messanger as well. Do not expect me to have long convos with you before you send your application and first tribute. If you want to make a good first impression then you should send the application before you try to talk to me and wait for my response. Sending more than the required $50 can also get you extra points.
